About Us

OAO ARMADA (RTS, MICEX: ARMD) is a Russian provider of information technology services. ARMADA resulted from the IT business divestment by the RosBusinessConsulting group of companies in 2007. Once the new assets were successfully incorporated, the Company was able to enter a new development stage.

The Company has developed robust corporate governance. In 2003, while still part of RBC Information Systems RBC SOFT was rated 15 th among Russia's top 45 companies in the Standard & Poor’s Transparency Survey in 2003.

The Company has implemented the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, as well as a project management system based on international PMI standards, which enabled the Company to scale up its business maintaining the high quality standards, as well as efficiently plan its resources and manage its risks.

The Company’s client base counts over 700 large and medium-sized companies operating in various economic sectors and governmental organizations. Russian companies account for some 50% of revenue generated by ARMADA’s IT contract portfolio, with governmental organizations and foreign customer claiming some 40% and 10% respectively.
