His IT career began in 1991, when he joined the first Soviet-Austrian joint venture Intermikro. He was the first General Director of Delsystem occupying that position in 1996-1999, during which a distribution network for Dell computers was established. In 1999, Azer Badalov established a new company Helios Computer. Igor Gorbatov – Deputy General Director, Head of Corporate Solutions Department Igor Gorbatov joined the company in 2002. Education: the Moscow Aviation Institute, engineer; the Zhukovsky Academy, the laser equipment department. Dmitry Chursin – Deputy General Director, in charge of business integration Dmitry Chursin joined the company in 1997. Education: the Moscow State University, physician.
