His IT career began in 1991, when he joined the first Soviet-Austrian joint venture Intermikro. He was the first General Director of Delsystem occupying that position in 1996-1999, during which a distribution network for Dell computers was established. In 1999, Azer Badalov established a new company Helios Computer. Oleg Savtsov – Deputy General Director Oleg Savtsov joined the team in 2002.
