- Federal Service of State Statistics of Russian Federation: outsourcing of external
management within execution of the frst stage of federal goal program “Development
of the state statistics of Russia in 2007—2011”. Besides Federal Service of State Statistics the
program involved 9 main ministries and more than 30 specialized organizations.
- FGS Unifed Electric Systems of Russia: external management services with creation
of the system of the commercial registration of electric energy as well as management
with projection, reconstruction and installation of equipment in more than 80 regions of
Russian Federation.

three projects of automation of fnancial planning and controlling, fve projects of
