- Federal Service of State Statistics: “Unifed inter-organizational information and statistic
system” (EMISS) is a governmental information system of the ofcial statistics distribution
by the subjects of statistical registering built on the basis of unifed normative and legal
information and of unifed principles of presenting and disseminating of the data,
provided with the unifed interface of information access. Purpose of its development
and introduction is to integrate and harmonize statistical information resources in scale
of whole country and to ofer for federal authorities the electronic governmental services
of access to credible and complete ofcial statistical data. Consumers of the system are
governmental establishments, commercial organizations and people.
- Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russian Federation: The system of the
interdepartmental interaction of the establishments of medical and social expertise. The
system is implemented in the frst in country specialized institution for disabled people in
town of Krasnoyarsk. The system provides with data exchange among local departments
of the medical and social expertise, of the pension fund, of the social insurance fund, of
the social aid committee of the regional authorities and other organizations what let to
ofer services using “one window” system.
