“HR development management” system automates control procedures with attestations,
qualifcation examinations and training of personnel complying with laws of acting Russian
legislation (79-F3). Automates control of the labor force, electronic HR documentation,
personalized registration with minimal labor costs and provides integrated security of personal
data base.
Examples of projects:
- Ministry of Finance of Russian Federation: “Distance Training System” is technologically
arranging large-scale training programs to improve qualifcation in of personnel dealing
with social fnances in regional subjects and municipalities of Russian Federation. The
training courses were attended by more than 20 000 state employees.
- Ministry of Telecommunications and Mass Communications of Russian Federation:
Information system of controlling and planning of the personnel professional
development in ministry and its departments of executive authority. System automates
processes of HR assessment envisaged by legislation (attestation, qualifcation test,
competitive selection), actualizes personnel monitoring and planning of the professional
development of state employees.
- Federal Service of State Statistics of Russian Federation: establishing of 7 training
centers in regions of Russian Federation as well as establishing of unifed information
educational environment with the centralized access to the training courses of distant
training in Federal Service.
