The information analytical systems (IAS) of data registering are designated to administrate the
asset register and to monitor the related to them planned and actual information. To collect
information, the information systems of lower organizations are integrated with the host
system which provides the creation of the unifed information environment of the organization.
Armada ofers projection, development, introduction and supporting of IAS to customers.
The examples of projects:
- Parliamentary Library of State Duma of Russian Federation: Development of
Parliamentary Electronic Library (PEB) for Apparatus of State Duma of Russian Federation.
This project has diferent architecture comparing with Lenin’s State Library but performs
similar tasks, and besides it, aside from traditional documents for libraries, PEB is has
facilities to store and visualize acoustic fles, images, video content, digest presses and
other formats of information storage suitable for an user.
- Federal Customs Service of Russian Federation: The information analytical system
“FTS-autotransport” provides with communication between central head unit and
seven regional divisions, including by 150 customs houses and 700 custom station posts.
The system registers every vehicle crossing state border of Russian Federation; a set of
customs documents is given; there is analysis of statistics data and interaction with ISs
of adjacent departments. The system is acknowledged as one of the largest in Europe.
- Information analytical system to Federal guard service: IAS named “The control and
estimation the efciency control of budget resources in regional subjects of Russian
Federation”. The system is unifed methodological and information environment for
decision making in area of the budget resources’ utilization in both the federal and
regional levels with allowance for national peculiarities and plans of the socio-economic
development of regional subjects of Russian Federation. There has been performed a
calculation of more than 200 analytical indices. The system is used in the Situation center
under President of Russian Federation.
- Federal Service of State Statistics of Russian Federation: The system of GDP calculation
of Russia (the system of national accounts, or SNA). Collecting of reporting forms from
more than 150 thousand enterprises of Russia, the automatic analysis of the data
accordance (about 7 mln indices per annum), calculation of GDP and GNP, and other
macro-economic indicators. Firmware systems are launched in 82 regions of Russia,
training of employees has been completed and is being followed up.
