Armada carries out development of customized OS Linux based confgurations, implementation
and maintenance of these programs. The gained by the company experience has no analogues
in Russia. A main Armada project in this feld has become the frst national development and
implementation of OSS in the vertical segment of Russian educational institutions.
The examples of projects:
Federal Agency on Education of Russian Federation: »Development and implementation
of free access software in secondary schools in Russia” within the framework of priority
national “Education” project. In 2007-2008 Armada developed set of OSS, certifed FSTEK
and introduced in 1107 schools in three pioneering regions, and even more 1200 schools
joined the project in more than 40 other regions. The project was highly appreciated by
President of Russian Federation, and now it is planned all secondary schools of Russia use
