Portal of governmental services is an information system providing with the technological means of the information interaction for both citizens and organizations with state authorities using Internet.

There are the following expected efects with the portal realization:



  • Quality improvement and accessibility to get governmental services
  • Decrease in time spent to get services
  • Immediate response for complaints

  • Decrease in number of visits of both citizens and organizations
  • Decrease in labor force spent for data entry and processing of information derived from documents
  • Decrease in volumes paper documents’ turnover during ofering of governmental services

  • Reduction of losses in the federal budget due to low efciency of existing procedures of ofering of governmental services
  • Standardization and unifcation of software and technical solutions of ofering of governmental services
  • Development of interdepartmental information fow exchange

Examples of projects:

  • Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russian Federation: Introduction of unifed integrated information system on the basis of the institutions of the medical and social expertise. The system was implemented in the frst in country specialized institution for disabled people (town of Krasnoyarsk) which will work with the “one window” principle. Armada fulflled a contract on IT services
  • Moscow City Government: Implementation of the regional portal to ofer governmental and municipal services. The portal has information about more than 200 services for both citizens and organizations of the city of Moscow; there have been selected forms for all applicants and their samples showing how to fll, the catalog of organizations, availability of electronic reception. There is a possibility to carry out a search of required services that are grouped according to the necessity principle of a life situation (for example, after the birth of child).
