The system of monitoring and visualization is a frmware solution which provides direct and
quick access to information which is required by manager for decision-making. Information is
presented in maximally convenient graphic type.
The main advantage of such solution is quick availability of information, mobility (the solution
uses mobile portable telecommunication means), and personal responsibility of those who
provided information.

Chief” developed by Armada has contributed in higher efciency improvement of using
of scattered information resources to solve a task of creating the general data base of
Minpromtorg enterprises and permanent access to it by all concerned decision-makers.
